quality, cost effective services that contribute significantly to the overall success of our clients business.

To achieve this mission we believe there are two vital ingredients: the right people and the right systems.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE

All current and future employees are required to undertake continual professional development not only in the
IT field, but also in the area of business. By keeping abreast of the current IT and economic climate, we will be
better able to assist our clients by gaining a working knowledge of their business, and proactively seek to find
solutions that will continue to add value to their business.
We believe that a happy, well rounded person is an essential ingredient to successfully managing client
systems, and as such we actively encourage and assist, where possible, our employees to realise their dreams.
We believe that family is important and similarly seek to avoid placing undue stress on our employees’ personal
lives. Characteristics that are encouraged in all staff members include honesty, professionalism and integrity
above all else.
We are accountable to our clients for the smooth running of their systems, and continually endeavour to provide
a level of service that is second to none.

We firmly believe that IT systems should add significant value to the operation of our clients businesses. By
keeping abreast of the current IT and economic climate, and implementing best practices as outlined by the ITIL
Framework for IT service delivery, we will be better able to assist our clients by gaining a working knowledge of
their business, and proactively seek to find solutions that will continue to add value to their business. We will
not implement systems that are unsuitable for our clients.
We also firmly believe that the management of client systems requires that we maintain internal systems for
management that are of superior standard, and are able to provide relevant information on a timely basis for all
clients as required. As such we also spend significant time and money developing internal systems that will
ultimately add value to all of our client systems.
